Our Lady of Lourdes

Today, February 11th, marks the Memorial

of Our Lady of Lourdes.

In 2018, my sons and I began our Camino pilgrimage at this holy site. We began with the Sacrament of reconciliation, attended daily Mas, and participated in the bathed in the chilly water flowing from the apparition site.

I firmly believe that Our Lady of Lourdes was interceding for us as we walked across the French and Spanish countryside, and that her prayers for us led us to a place of healing and deep peace in her Son, Jesus.

I will always remember visiting this holy apparition site, and the love and healing that I felt and received there.

You can tangibly feel the presence of God in this place, this lovely little town hidden in the lower Pyrenees mountains. As you walk through the town to the apparition site, you can physically sense that heaven and earth meet here.
