A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of being part of the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage as the pilgrims on the St. Juan Diego route traveled through the Atlanta area. I was asked to provide worship music and serve as the Emcee when the pilgrims arrived at Saint Mary's Academy in Fayetteville, Georgia.
The pilgrims arrived at 11:00AM, and we began the day with a beautiful Eucharistic Procession around the Campus and football field. During the procession, we prayed the rosary and sang hymns as our group followed Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.
The Archdiocese of Atlanta provided a tasty lunch from Chick Fil A, and the program resumed afterwards with praise and worship and pilgrim witnesses inside the auditorium.
I am grateful to have been a part of this day. Thank you Jesus!
I’ll see y’all down the road. Greg
