On September 17th I had the privilege of leading worship for the "ROOTED" Men's Conference at Holy Trinity in Peachtree City, GA. Our guest speakers were Randy Hain and Dr. Marcellino D'Ambrosio (Dr. Italy). It was a phenomenal day of food, fellowship, prayer, and fraternity.
My "one man band" setup for the day...
I've played dozens of women's retreats and conferences over the years. The ladies always jump into worship with both feet. In honesty, I was concerned that the guys might be hesitant to sing and worship. They sang with their whole heart! I made sure to open praise and worship with a hymn that everyone would know, "Crown Him with Many Crowns". The guys immediately jumped in and gave praise to God. Thank you Jesus!
It was refreshing to be in fellowship and prayer with my brothers for the day. I was blessed to make some new friends, and pickup conversations with old friends.
Lord, help us to always remain Rooted in You!
God is faithful! God is good!
